HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Getting to the Studio

Shop 3, 880 Canning Highway Applecross. 

Enter from Sleat Road, then turn left into Hungry Jacks/Chicken treat drive through.

Parking

We are pleased to offer complimentary parking for our valued clients at the rear of our building. Please note that designated bays marked as 'reserved' are exclusively reserved for Muse Clients.

As we cater to a large number of clients on a daily basis, our property offers ample on-site parking. In the unlikely event that our rear car park is full, there are additional parking options available in the nearby Applecross precinct.

Running Late

To ensure that your appointment runs smoothly, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for parking/traffic. In the event that you anticipate running late, we request that you contact us with ample notice to advise us of your expected arrival time.

Please note that failure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment may result in cancellation of the appointment and may incur a cancellation fee, which will be enforced at the sole discretion of Muse Studio

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Appointments

Please be courteous when making a booking as last-minute cancellations or no-shows can be detrimental for our business by not allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment & causing other clients to miss out on their preferable times such as evenings & weekends.

Please note there is a15% Surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays 

Deposits

In order to secure makeup and hair styling appointments, a deposit is mandatory. Without a deposit, appointments cannot be held or reserved. Moreover, we would like to inform new clients who book appointments for a duration exceeding 1 hour that individual vendors may require them to pay a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

To safeguard the interests of our small business and our esteemed team, we have implemented a cancellation policy that applies to all late cancellations and no-shows.

 

Kindly note that the deposits made by our clients are non-refundable and non-transferable.

To avoid incurring a cancellation fee of 100% of the expected service charge, we request a notice period of 48 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellation beyond this period will attract a full cancellation fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.No refunds are given.

 

We do not condone no-shows and full payment of the expected service fee must be made before any rebooking. In the event of an emergency, Muse Studio may waive the cancellation fee at its sole discretion.

 

We appreciate your understanding, loyalty, and support that enable us to extend our services to our passionate team of makeup artists, hair stylists, and lash technicians.

Personal Belongings

We will not take any responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings left on the premises. We suggest keeping all items together during your appointment.
